Tenby

The award-winning town of Tenby oozes Charm and character and is one of the most popular seaside resorts in Wales. Tenby harbour has a thriving boating and fishing community as well as the departure point for the Caldey island boats. The centre of Tenby is a maze of narrow little streets. The roads are pedestrianised during the day in summer when the bars and restaurants set up al fresco seating. There are plenty of interesting and quirky shops. Tenby was designated as a conservation area by the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park in 1972. This picturesque town definitely belongs at the top of your list. Explore more

Wiseman’s Bridge

A little seaside gem with a rocky beach perfect for exploring some marine life in the rockpools. It is linked to Saundersfoot by a series of three tunnels from which you can walk between the two. When it’s time for a refreshing drink or bite to eat head to The Wiseman’s Bridge Inn positioned right above the beach and has impressive views of the coastline. Wisemans Bridge was used as a practice beach for D-Day landings, which Winston Churchill witnessed.

Saundersfoot

The stunning hamlet of Saundersfoot is a small seaside village with massive charm. With a golden sandy blue flag beach, perfect for family fun, and a flat coastal path great for a nice walk or bike ride. It may be the smallest city in Britain, but St David’s really packs a punch with its beauty and quaintness. Drop into the Oriel y Parc Information Centre for art exhibitions, handcrafted souvenirs, and advice on walking trails.
